The prime opponent of an unsuccessful October bonding resolution to build a town community center on the Clifton Common accused the town's community affairs director on Thursday of making mistakes on the layout of athletic fields on the town-owned site.

"It's a disgrace," said Andy Musaelian, who heads the Committee Advocating Responsible Expenditures, which had opposed the $8 million in bonding for the community center.
